The purpose of the Siting Analysis is to evaluate the ease of implementation for various potential locations of the pilot project (“Living Speedbumps”). The process includes determining appropriate criteria for the analysis, identifying recommended layouts in each segment, and assessing recommended layouts against selected assessment criteria. Once the criteria and recommended layout is determined by the Project Team, City Team and public outreach feedback, the recommended layouts per segment will each be evaluated using the multicriteria analysis, and that analysis will lead to a recommended location to construct the pilot project. The recommended pilot project location will be discussed and decided at a Council Workshop in fall 2024.
